Configurations: "Harperizers are available in various sizes and configurations including vertical and horizontal axes, with fixed and removable drums. Capacities range from less than 1 cubic ft. to over 30 cubic ft. They can accommodate parts as tiny as .003" dia. or massive forgings weighing over 250 lbs. |
|
Media: "Harperizers" use virtually all types of media including ceramic, plastic, steel and pure grain abrasive in any shape or size. Typically, smaller media will produce a better finish. "Harperizers" utilize smaller media more effectively and generate more finished parts per pound than any other process. |
